I picked up this neat old slide projector for a dollar at a flea market ... I thought it would make an interesting subject to shoot .

the color mode and the quality is good but in think the frame on the right side if same larger is better!

I have often had a brain storm or two of using a slide projector as a night light / bedroom light to cast a more interesting light/image. However after thoughtful consideration and research I have found that most projectors lights when left on get very hot :( so i will have to come up with a different idea.

@Rabbit: Yes they do get hot , this projector just like a movie theatre projector has a fan that runs in the lamp house to keep the bulb cool so it does not explode
