MINE ! MINE ! MINE ! ...Posted by Captured In Time Studios (Hamburg, United States) on 1 February 2008 in Animal & Insect and Portfolio. I was waiting for work last week so I decided to dig up some old snacks from the van to feed the vultures of the sea .... funny thing is I was no where near a body of water..... any how, these two were kinda lookin at me inside the van like "ok big man we now ya have food in there ! give us some or we are gonna peck out your eyes ! " or at least poop on my windshield ... LOL Thanks for checking out my pictures , feel free to leave a comment if you want . Have a great day .

e. from New York, NY, United StatesBeautiful shot! I agree with you on their expression! It definitely looks like they're hunting for something to eat. :) 1 Feb 2008 5:15am Viewfinder from Bradenton, United StatesThis is a great shot -- beach officials discourage feeding gulls on the beach, tends to make them aggressive and see small children as possible snacks... a few have just disappeared in a cloud of white and gray wings. Heh, dark humor, just kidding. But Stephen King, and Alfred Hitch, R U listening? 1 Feb 2008 2:03pm Jennie Wise from United StatesThis is awesome...I have always wanted to take photos of birds...this one is very neat:) The one on the right looks like he may want to eat you! 1 Feb 2008 2:20pm Jen from Alpharetta, United StatesCool shot...how long did it take you to wash your van after? LOL 1 Feb 2008 2:39pm Steven from Chicagoland, United StatesNice capture! And the scroll down to the bottom of the picture only to reveal an urban landscape adds a twist to it. 1 Feb 2008 3:43pm Rabbit from United StatesThey look like its going to be the movie with Alfred Hitchcock - i think its called The Birds. 1 Feb 2008 5:16pm MaryB from Staffordshire, United KingdomWow! Rob, I would love to get a shot like this. (still trying to master the art of getting birds in flight :D ) brilliantly captured. 2 Feb 2008 12:52am tkbphotos from Salt Lake City, United StatesGreat job. It is so hard to capture clear shots of birds in flight. 16 Jul 2008 4:27am @tkbphotos: Thanks, thats one of the reasons I chose B&W for this shot to hide the clarity ... your geese shot is very nice too ! |
